Thanks for trying out Roadtrippers! We're sorry to see you go.
The steps to cancel your free trial depend on how you signed up initially: the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly through Roadtrippers. Click the appropriate section below to view more information on how to cancel your trial depending on where you signed up.
A few things to keep in mind:
- You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the annual subscription.
- Canceling ensures that you won't be charged at the end of the trial. After canceling, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the trial is over.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the membership tier selected during sign-up and will have an annual membership valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
- Membership fees charged after the trial period are non-refundable.
