What's changing?
As we continue to grow and add more premium features to Roadtrippers, the annual price for a Basic membership is changing from $29.99 to $35.99. We are now also offering different membership tiers for Roadtrippers. Your current pricing remains unaffected until your next renewal. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about this update to ensure you have all the information you need. Thank you for your continued support.
To help you with these upcoming account changes, we’ve put together a list of common questions that you may have.
The updated price is already in effect for new customers signing up for Roadtrippers membership.
For existing customers, the updated price is in effect for annual renewals starting on September 27, 2023.
If you don’t want to continue your membership, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. You can find more information about how to cancel your subscription here.
You can see your billing date in your account settings, here.
If your subscription was purchased through our website, you’ll be able to cancel by using this link directly, which you can also find linked in the subscription section of your profile.
If your subscription was purchased through the Play Store or App Store, you’ll see a note indicating that in your account settings and will need to manage your subscription through Google or Apple.
If your Roadtrippers access is part of a Roadpass Pro membership, you’ll see a note indicating that on your account settings page. Roadpass Pro members have Premium level access in Roadtrippers. Note that the price of Roadpass Pro is increasing as well, and you can find more information about that here: Roadpass Pro Price Increase
We will be emailing all members affected by this change at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Note that if you subscribed to Roadtrippers Basic on or after May 18, 2023, you already subscribed at $35.99 and will not be affected by this price increase.
