What's changing?
As we continue to grow and add more premium features to Roadtrippers, the annual membership price is changing from $29.99 to $35.99.
Rest assured, your current pricing remains unaffected until your next renewal. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about this update to ensure you have all the information you need. Thank you for your continued support.
To help you with these upcoming account changes, we’ve put together a list of common questions that you may have.
The updated price is already in effect for new customers signing up for Roadtrippers Plus.
For existing customers, the updated price will go into effect for annual renewals starting on September 27.
If you don’t want to continue your membership, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. You can find more information about how to cancel your subscription here.
You can see your billing date in your account settings, here. Note that you will still see your current price until we roll out this price increase to existing customers on September 27.
If your subscription was purchased through our website, you’ll be able to cancel by clicking Disable Renewal in your account settings. If the button says Enable Renewal instead, then you have already set your subscription to cancel at the end of this billing cycle.
If your subscription was purchased through the Play Store or App Store, you’ll see a note indicating that in your account settings and will need to manage your subscription through Google or Apple.
If your Roadtrippers Plus subscription is part of a Roadpass Pro membership, you’ll see a note indicating that on your account settings page. Note that the price of Roadpass Pro is increasing as well, and you can find more information about that here: Roadpass Pro Price Increase
We will be emailing all members affected by this change at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Note that if you subscribed to Roadtrippers Plus on or after May 18, 2023, you already subscribed at $35.99 and will not be affected by this price increase.
