If your subscription recently renewed and you've noticed changes in your access, we want to provide clarity on membership updates you may have missed and explain how to manage your membership.
What changed?
As of October 16, 2023, Roadtrippers introduced a revamped membership structure to enhance user experience. If you missed the communication about these changes, you can find more information here: Membership Updates
There are now 3 tiers of Roadtrippers membership with varying levels of features. You can learn more about the membership tiers and the features available in each here.
What about my Roadtrippers Plus membership?
We no longer offer a Roadtrippers Plus membership.
What's included with the Basic membership?
If you've renewed into the Basic tier, it does have some trip planning limits you may run into.
- Plan up to 3 trips: Basic membership allows you to plan or keep up to 3 trips simultaneously.
- Plan short trips: Add up to 20 stops to each road trip you build.
- Export your trip: Print or save your trip guide as a PDF or create GPX exports of waypoints and routes using the Roadtrippers website.
- Additional map styles: Switch between map styles to suit your preferences, including light and dark versions for night usage.
To explore the full spectrum of features in each membership level, please visit our membership features page.
How can I upgrade to a higher tier, like Pro or Premium?
If you find that the Basic Membership doesn't meet your trip planning needs, you can easily upgrade your membership level. To learn how to upgrade, please refer to our guide: How can I upgrade my membership?
