Q: How do I get my Plus membership to be on a different account?
A: Send us a message at email@example.com from the email used to subscribe requesting to transfer account ownership. Please include your current username and the new one you would like to transfer to.
Q: How do I cancel the auto-renew on my subscription?
A: If you subscribed on Roadtrippers.com, you can manage your subscription from your Profile Settings.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: If you subscribed on Roadtrippers.com or through the Android app/Google Play Store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you subscribed via the iOS app/Apple App Store, we are unable to process refunds for the purchase and you will need to contact Apple directly. You can find more information about how to do this by clicking here.
Q: Why isn’t traffic data available in my region?
A: If you’re not seeing live traffic for your region, there is a chance your region is not currently available. Check out this list of all available traffic coverage. All regions checked under “Mapbox Traffic vector tiles” are supported: https://www.mapbox.com/api-documentation/pages/traffic-countries.html
