Q: I signed up as part of the pre-sale, but I don’t have a Roadtrippers account. What should I do?

A: Simply create a Roadtrippers account. Once done, send us a message at support@roadtrippers.com from the email used to subscribe requesting to connect your subscription to the username created on Roadtrippers and we’ll get you sorted!

 

Q: How do I get my Plus membership to be on a different account?

A: Send us a message at support@roadtripers.com from the email used to subscribe requesting to transfer account ownership. Please include your current username and the new one you would like to transfer to.

 

Q: How do I cancel the auto-renew on my subscription?

A: If you subscribed on Roadtrippers.com, please contact support@roadtrippers.com

Q: I no longer have access to my email associated with my Plus membership/username, how do I transfer ownership/cancel my account?

A: If you know the username and email used to subscribe to Roadtrippers Plus, please send an email to support@roadtrippers.com requesting to transfer or cancel. Please note if you subscribed via the App Store or Play Store, we are unable to modify subscriptions on behalf of the user. Q: Why isn’t traffic data available in my region?

A: If you’re not seeing live traffic for your region, there is a chance your region is not currently available. Check out this list of all available traffic coverage. All regions checked under “Mapbox Traffic vector tiles” are supported: https://www.mapbox.com/api-documentation/pages/traffic-countries.html

 

Q : Why isn’t this Plus feature(s) working or doing what I expected?

A: If you’re noticing features not properly working, send us a message at support@roadtrippers with the username and email used to create your account and the problem you are experiencing, and we’ll check out the problem!
