How to Cancel Your Subscription
Note that auto-renewal is on by default for all subscribers. Click into the appropriate section below for more information on how to cancel your subscription depending on where you signed up.
Canceling your subscription ensures that you won't be charged again. Keep in mind that after canceling, you will continue to have access to membership benefits for the remainder of your subscription.
If you purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription on our website, you can manage your subscription from your Profile Settings on our website. You can get there by clicking your profile icon in the top right of https://roadtrippers.com/, then clicking the Edit Profile button. Go to the Roadtrippers Plus section and click the Disable Renewal button.
If your subscription is through Roadpass Pro, you'll see a note indicating this and will need to click the Manage Subscription button below Subscription Details to cancel your subscription.
If you purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription in the Roadtrippers iOS app, you can manage your subscription within Apple's subscription manager. Follow the steps below or learn more about managing Apple subscriptions by clicking here.
From your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Roadtrippers subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
From your Mac:
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
- Next to the Roadtrippers subscription, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
If there is no Cancel button, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
When you're looking at the subscription in your Apple account, if it says "Expires [date]" then auto-renewal has already been turned off and there will be no further charges. If it says "Renews [date]" then auto-renewal is still on and there should be an option to cancel.
Note that we cannot manage subscriptions that were purchased through Apple. You will need to cancel renewal within your Apple settings or contact Apple if you need help doing this.
If you purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription in the Roadtrippers Android app, you can manage your subscription within the Google Play Store subscription manager. This can be found on your Android devices within the Google Play Store options menu.

From your Android phone:
- Open the Google Play app

- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions.
- Select the Roadtrippers subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
From your computer:
- Go to play.google.com.
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Click Payments & subscriptions.
- Next to the Roadtrippers subscription, select Manage.
- In the confirmation pop-up, click Cancel subscription.
If you aren't sure where you purchased Roadtrippers Plus, please contact us and let us know the email and/or username on your Roadtrippers Plus account. We'll be able to confirm where your subscription was purchased and either cancel it for you or point you in the right direction if it needs to be canceled through Apple.
How to Request a Refund
If you already canceled future auto-renewals and would like to request a refund, please contact us by submitting this form. In your message, please include the email and/or username associated with your Roadtrippers Plus account as well as the reason you are requesting the refund.
Apple Subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased in our iOS app and the subscription is listed under your Apple ID, your payment was processed directly by Apple and you must request a refund through the App Store by following the steps here. Roadtrippers cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.
