Users who purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription on our website via Stripe can manage their subscription from the user settings. They can update their payment details, managed by Stripe, as well as toggle the automatic renewal on and off. Please note that by default, auto-renewal is on for subscribers.
 
Users who are lifetime subscribers will not have any options to change. If you have any questions about your lifetime membership, please contact us support@roadtrippers.com
 
Purchased on iOS
 
Users who purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription in the Roadtrippers iOS app can manage their subscription within the iTunes subscription manager. This can be found on their iOS devices, generally with their iTunes Account Settings. Check out Apple's support for more information.
 
Purchased on Android
 
Users who purchased a Roadtrippers Plus subscription in the Roadtrippers Android app can manage their subscription within the Google Play Store subscription manager. This can be found on their Android devices within the Google Play Store options menu. Check out Google's support for more information.

    I had submitted a request for a refund of my Roadtrippers subscription since you guarantee satisfaction and I was not happy with roadtrippers on my recent road trip and barely used it. I haven’t received my refund yet. Thank you for your help

    I think your lack of communication with new subscribers is unacceptable. I downloaded one morning and struggled with the navigating your app. I wrote the same day asking to please cancel and why. I expected a refund and At the very least a reply. Because you have not taken care of this I will make sure I get the word out Not to Purchase Roadtrippers Plus. It is a big rip off. I wish I read previous comments sounds like I’m not the only one. Karma is a real thing.
