To make trip planning easier, you can save a home address to your profile. Once a home address is saved you can quickly start a new trip from that address. Check the tabs below to learn how to add and use a home address on our website or app.
If you already saved a home address to your profile, type 'Home' in the Starting Point bar on the homepage and select your home address from the dropdown.
If you're starting a trip from the map instead of the homepage, your home address will automatically be set as the origin. You can search for a different starting point if you'll be starting your trip from somewhere else.
To add or update your saved home address, head to your profile settings. There, you can add, remove, or update your home address.
If you already saved a home address to your profile, tap in the From field and tap the house icon at the right of that box.
If you haven't saved a home address yet:
- Open the Nearby tab.
- Tap New Trip
- Tap in the From: box.
- Tap the house icon at the right of the box.
- Start typing your home address and select the correct address from the drop down.
- Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
- Add a destination and tap Start Trip.
To update your Home address:
- Open the Nearby tab.
- Tap New Trip.
- Tap the From: box.
- Start typing in your new home address and select the correct address from the drop down.
- Tap Save when presented with the Save to your profile? pop up.
- Add a destination and tap Start Trip.
If you have already saved a home address to your profile, tap your Home address from the banner below the Starting Point: box when starting a new trip.
If you haven't saved a home address yet:
- Open the Nearby tab.
- Tap Start New Trip
- Tap Add: on the Home banner.
- Start typing your home address and tap the correct address from the drop down.
- Tap Save when presented with the Save to your profile? pop up.
To update your Home address:
- Open the Nearby tab.
- Tap New Trip.
- Tap the Edit: in the Home banner.
- Tap X to remove your current Home address.
- Start typing in your new home address and select the correct address from the drop down.
- Tap Save when presented with the Save to your profile? pop up.
