Why did I get an error when I submitted my Autopilot trip?

The most common reason for an error is that we cannot find a drivable route to your destination.

For example, if you're starting a trip in California and set your destination as Hawaii, Autopilot won't be able to plan a trip for you. Double-check your starting point and destination to confirm you'd expect a drivable route to be found.

If this is not the case, and the error persists, please click here to contact us so that we can look into the issue further. To help us help you, please provide the details you entered into Autopilot so that we can try to reproduce the issue.

If you're in a hurry, after contacting us, try using our Manual Planner to start the trip then you can enhance the trip with Autopilot instead!
