How can I cancel my Roadtrippers free trial?

Thanks for trying out Roadtrippers! We're sorry to see you go. 

Canceling  your free trial is easy, but the steps depend on how you started the trial: through Roadtrippers.com, in the iOS app, or in the Android app. Click the appropriate section below to view more information on how to cancel your trial depending on where you signed up.

A few things to keep in mind: 

  • You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the annual subscription.
  • Canceling ensures that you won't be charged at the end of the trial. After canceling, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the trial is over.
  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the membership tier selected during sign-up and will have an annual membership valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Membership fees charged after the trial period are non-refundable.
If you started a trial at Roadtrippers.com or in the iOS app

You can cancel your trial from your Profile Settings on web or mobile. Follow the steps below.

On the website:

  1. Go to roadtrippers.com and log in.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Click the Edit Profile button on your profile page.
  4. Select the Subscription Details section in the Settings menu.
  5. Click “Disable Renewal” and follow the prompts to cancel.

In the mobile app:

If you don't have easy access to a computer, you can get here through the Roadtrippers mobile app by going to the Profile section, tapping the Settings gear in the top right, then tapping Manage Subscription.

If you started a trial in the Android app

You need to manage your subscription within the Google Play Store subscription manager. This can be found on your Android device within the Google Play Store options menu.

From your Android phone:

  1. Open the Google Play app Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Roadtrippers subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

From your computer:

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
  3. Click Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Next to the Roadtrippers subscription, select Manage.
  5. In the confirmation pop-up, click Cancel subscription.
