Managing your Roadtrippers membership is easy, but the steps depend on where you purchased it. Some memberships are billed directly through Roadtrippers, others through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
As stated at sign-up, auto-renewal is turned on by default for all subscribers. Canceling or disabling renewal ensures you won’t be charged again. You’ll still have access to all your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period — plenty of time to squeeze in one last adventure!
- You can view your renewal date and disable future renewals within your Roadtrippers profile settings or within your Apple ID/Play Store settings, depending on where you signed up.
- Canceling your subscription ensures that you won't be charged again. After canceling, you will continue to have access to membership benefits for the remainder of your subscription.
- If you need assistance canceling your subscription, please contact us before your renewal date and we would be happy to help you. You can contact us by clicking here.
Cancel or Manage Based on Where You Purchased
If you’re not sure where your membership was purchased, don’t worry — we’ll help you figure it out.
- On iPhone? Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. If Roadtrippers appears there, your membership is managed by Apple.
- On Android? Go to the Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions. If Roadtrippers appears there, your membership is managed by Google.
- If it's not in your Apple ID or Play Store subscriptions, then it’s likely managed through Roadtrippers.
If you're still not sure where you purchased your membership, please contact us and let us know the email and/or username on your Roadtrippers member account and we'll point you in the right direction!
If you subscribed through Roadtrippers:
- Go to roadtrippers.com and log in.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click the Edit Profile button on your profile page.
- Select the Subscription Details section in the Settings menu.
- Click “Disable Renewal” and follow the prompts to cancel.
⚠️ If you see an “Enable Renewal” button instead, that means your auto-renewal is already off — no further action is needed!
If you have Roadtrippers Premium access through a Roadpass Pro membership, you'll need to click the "Manage your plan" link below Subscription Details to cancel your subscription.
If you don't have easy access to a computer, you can get here through the Roadtrippers mobile app by going to the Profile section, tapping the Settings gear in the top right, then tapping Manage Subscription.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS):
Apple controls billing for these subscriptions. Roadtrippers is not able to assist with cancellations for Apple subscriptions.
Note that if you subscribed through the iOS app after May 2025, your purchase may have been made directly through Roadtrippers rather than the App Store. If you don't see the subscription in your Apple ID settings, follow the "purchased through Roadtrippers" directions above.
You can cancel from your phone or computer.
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap your name > Subscriptions.
- Find Roadtrippers and tap Cancel Subscription.
⚠️ If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew — no further action is needed!
On desktop: You can manage subscriptions via the App Store on Mac. Follow the steps from Apple here.
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android):
You can cancel from your phone or computer.
On Android:
