Your ability to view, edit, or create trips depends on your current membership level. If you previously had a higher-tier membership, some of your saved trips may now be locked due to the limits of your current plan.
What does “locked” mean?
Locked trips are saved to your profile but can’t be opened or edited unless they fall within the limits of your current membership level. This applies to:
- The number of saved trips
- The number of stops on each trip
- Trips that used Premium features (routing options or trip collaboration)
You can always upgrade your membership to unlock access to more trips or add more stops to existing ones.
A few examples:
- If you created a 70-stop trip with a Premium membership but now have a Pro membership, that trip will be locked until you upgrade back to Premium.
- If you used to have Premium and now have Pro, and you already have more than 5 saved trips, you won’t be able to create any new trips unless you upgrade or delete older ones.
- If you're on a Free plan with more than one saved trip, you’ll need to delete trips or upgrade to unlock them and create new ones.
Here’s how many stops and trips are included at each membership level:
Membership Level | # of Waypoints | # of Trips |
---|---|---|
Premium | 150 stops per trip | Unlimited trips |
Pro | 50 stops per trip | 5 trips |
Basic | 20 stops per trip | 3 trips |
Free | 3 stops per trip | 1 trip |
