If you're experiencing problems while using Roadtrippers, making sure you're using an up-to-date and supported browser or operating system is a great place to start!
We currently support and test against the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Edge

We currently support and test against the following Apple operating systems:
- iOS 17.x
- iOS 18.x
If your device isn’t running a supported operating system, you’ll need to update it or use a different device in order to run the Roadtrippers app.
If that’s not an option, you can still access Roadtrippers by using our mobile website. The best approach is to delete the app from your device entirely, then open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) on your phone and go to www.roadtrippers.com.
