Sometimes, certain browsers or computers fail to load Roadtrippers map details, like cities, state lines, roads, etc:

This issue is usually caused by software or browser extensions installed on your device. One common example is BitDefender, but we’ve also seen ad blockers and other security tools interfere with map loading.

If you're seeing a blank map, try disabling any security software, pop-up blockers, or ad blockers you may be using. Then, restart your browser and reopen Roadtrippers. Alternatively, you can try opening Roadtrippers in a private or incognito window. In some cases, simply switching to a different browser - like using Chrome or Safari instead of Firefox - can resolve the issue.

Another possible cause is that your browser or device doesn't support WebGL, which we use to render our map. If you're comfortable digging into the technical side, you can test your browser’s WebGL support at webglreport.com or get.webgl.org.

If you try all of the above, and are still experiencing the issue, please reach out to our support team
